Service Description
With our video surveying service, you bring the content — we deliver the feedback. Clients provide us with materials they’d like reviewed, what information they're looking for, and we handle participant recruitment, manage the response process, and gather thoughtful video reactions. We recruit a large demographically matched pool to review the information through video responses. Our team transcribes and analyzes the feedback, surfacing trends, emotional cues, and authentic viewer sentiment. It’s an innovative way to evaluate marketing, training, or product videos with real human insight — all captured on camera. Pricing: $3,000 for 30 minute survey of around 50 demographically matched panelists. Booking Process: We will review your booking request and send you a deposit invoice. Once the $600 deposit is paid, your panel will be considered booked.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the scheduled event will result in forfeiture of the deposit, provided recruitment has already begun. This policy reflects the time and resources committed to participant recruitment and project preparation. To avoid cancellation fees, we recommend notifying us of any changes as early as possible. Please reach out with questions—we’re happy to work with you to reschedule when needed.
